I began training in my mid forties out of a desire to improve my overall health, discovering not only the impact it had on me physically, but also my mental and emotional well-being. I am eager to share this transformative experience.
I am dedicated to empowering individuals of all ages to unlock their physical potential with a passion for barbell strength training, specialising in coaching mature adults.
I understand the unique challenges and considerations of training, and the importance of adaptation and respecting the body’s limitations; I am committed to helping you build and maintain fitness habits to achieve your unique goals.
Emphasising proper form, progressive overload, and focusing on long-term sustainability will create you a strong functional body. I believe that this is the foundation for a fulfilling and active life.
